EXPLORING POTENTIAL IN MINIATURE INTERFACES

Earbud cases are small, We saw this as a chance to innovate. By adding a screen into the case to add functionality without overwhelming the user. The goal was to create an intuitive interface that added value, all while keeping things simple and easy to use.




CHALLENGE OF MINIATURIZATION

With such a small screen, every pixel counts. I had to simplify everything icons, buttons and animations so it was easy to read and understand quickly. By stripping things down to the essentials making sure the design was both practical and visually impactful.



VISUAL DESIGN
For the Noise View Buds, we focused on clarity and usability despite the small screen. The Gilroy font family ensures readability at small sizes, while detailed icons remain clear even at 12 pixels. The color palette was carefully chosen for accessibility, ensuring good contrast and easy navigation.





MUSIC ON THE GO
The Music app lets you easily access and play your favorite tunes on the go. With simple navigation and a clear interface, users can find what they need quickly, without any unnecessary clutter.





ON-THE-GO TIMEKEEPER
We designed a set of clock apps for View Buds that help with everything from tracking workouts to setting timers. The goal was to keep it simple while still being functional, making it easy to manage time in various situations.





MAKING IT YOURS
Despite the small screen, we designed the home screen to easily adapt to different wallpapers, giving users the option to personalize their View Buds while maintaining a functional and clean interface.
